The monthly Council of Officers where important decisions get made (eventually)
Hear ye, hear ye! On the second Tuesday of each month, the esteemed officers of Lord Sholto Douglas Chapter #3 convene in solemn council to deliberate upon matters of great import!
'Tis within these hallowed gatherings that the machinery of our Chapter turns — where budgets are balanced (or at least argued about), events are planned, and the noble work of E Clampus Vitus is set in motion!
Matters Before the Council:
- Reading of the Minutes — A solemn recounting of the glorious absurdity that transpired at our last gathering
- The Gold Dust Report — An accounting of the Chapter's fortunes and fiscal standing
- Event Planning & Logistics — The who, what, where, and "wait, who's bringing the trailer?"
- Charitable Works Oversight — Widders, orphans, and historical markers await our attention
- Membership & Administrative Matters — The paperwork that keeps us legitimate
- Long-Term Chapter Planning — Scheming for the future glory of Clamperdom
While attendance is typically reserved for Board members and invited guests, know that every decision made within serves the greater good of the Chapter, our charitable endeavors, and the time-honored traditions we uphold.
Through careful planning and steadfast stewardship, the Board ensures that every event, donation, and gathering reflects the values and history we proudly carry forward!
