Hear ye, hear ye! On the third Friday of each month, all Redshirts in good standing are summoned to the Grand Assembly — where fellowship abounds, business is conducted, and the spirit of E Clampus Vitus burns ever brighter!
Whether thou art a grizzled veteran of countless Clampouts or a freshly-minted Brother still learning the ways, thy voice matters here! This is thy Chapter, and these gatherings keep us bound together in purpose and brotherhood.
The Usual Order of Business:
- Reading of the Minutes — A solemn recounting of the glorious absurdity that transpired at our last gathering
- The Gold Dust Report — An accounting of the Chapter's fortunes and fiscal standing
- Upcoming Events & Work Parties — What's next, and who's bringing the shovels?
- Charitable Works Updates — Reports on our widders, orphans, and community efforts
- Chapter Business & Voting Matters — Democracy, Clamper-style (results may vary)
- Historical Presentations & Local Lore — Tales of the past, told with varying degrees of accuracy
- Social Time & Fellowship — The real reason we all showed up
