Widder's Ball
A dual Widder's Ball with Chapter John A. Sutter #1841 — an elegant evening honoring the Widders and celebrating the charitable heart of E Clampus Vitus

Hear ye, hear ye! The Widder's Ball returns — an evening of elegance, celebration, and honoring those whom E Clampus Vitus holds most dear!
This year it is a dual Ball, hosted jointly by Chapter John A. Sutter #1841 and Chapter Lord Sholto Douglas #3. Two chapters, one evening, twice the absurdity.

About the Widder's Ball
Since time immemorial (or at least since someone thought it was a good idea), E Clampus Vitus has dedicated itself to the care of widows and orphans. The Widder's Ball is our opportunity to honor the Widders in our community and celebrate the charitable mission that lies at the heart of our order.
This is an evening to dress up (or at least dress better than usual), enjoy fine company, and remember why we do what we do!
What to Expect
- Live music and a night of dancing
- The cook crews of both chapters teaming up on hors d'oeuvres, smoked meats, and all the tasty trimmings
- Awards for Best-Dressed Widder and Best-Dressed Couple — wear your snazziest
- The most thrilling rigged drawing this side of the county line
- Parking in the east lot, with room for some good ol' dry RV clamping
Credo Quia Absurdum!
